At Reserve, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our members and guests. To maintain the highest standards of service, our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:
Non-Members: You may book up to 7 days in advance. Please note that all bookings are final and non-refundable, and the full booking fee will be charged upon confirmation.
Members: Enjoy the flexibility of booking up to 10 days in advance, with a 24-hour cancellation window. Should you need to cancel before this window, you may do so without penalty. However, cancellations made within this window will incur the full booking fee.
Grace periods: 1 person from party must arrive within 10 minutes of booking start, otherwise booking is subject to release. Extended to 15 mins if booked for 2 hrs or longer. Padel Up will contact the person in charge of booking, for notice of release.
*GameMatch has a 6 hr cancellation, without penalty, and allows for individual payment.
